Good communication, smooth install, all problems resolved

We were having problems with contaminants in our system which were bypassing our previous filtration system and clogging up our heat exchanger, which was causing an inefficient cooling system, excessive maintenance, and downtime. We discussed a magnetic filtration solution, Summit [Process Cooling] did all the calculations and assured us this set up would work well in our system. The communication was good throughout, the install went smoothly, and all problems resolved. I would happily recommend Summit Systems for any process cooling needs and will continue to use them moving forward.

We are now maintaining a perfect mould temperature

We were finding it impossible to maintain our mould temperature of 8°C using our current set up of a chiller and 2 TCU’s. Summit Chilled installed a Frigel dual zone Microgel combined unit and we are now maintaining a perfect 8°C mould temperature and have reduced our cycle time by 20%. Perfect Cooling Water Temperature Maintained

A little while ago, one of our customers was experiencing major issues maintaining their cooling water temperatures of 40°C & 50ºC to the mould using 2 temperature control units. Summit Chilled assessed their process and decided to install a Frigel Firenze S.p.A. dual zone Turbogel. They are now maintaining a PERFECT cooling water temperature of 40°C & 50ºC. This has reduced the actual tool temperature by 23% and the final moulding temperature by 24%. They have also reduced cycle time by 10% as a result of the new installation

We were having problems with our previous supplier (poor communication, not fully resolving breakdowns). Situation culminated with a final break-down which ex-supplier were adamant unit needed complete replacement and was beyond repair. We took their word and decided to use Google to search for other suppliers to provide secondary quotes. After finding Total Process Cooling, they advised that the problem’s description sounded more like an inexpensive part replacement rather than entire unit. They visited the same day to diagnose and the following to fix (for fraction of replacement price). Our relationship built from there.
