Ideal for the food, beverages and packaging industry these types of conveyors are very versatile and can rapidly convey, accurately accumulate and feed small products into other OEM packaging machines, but can equally transport heavy duty products. With the ability to create very tight radius curves this is invaluable where space is at a premium and can be supplied with fixed or variable speed drives, with or without side guides. CCS has years of experience in designing and manufacturing standard slat conveyor modules through to multi-lane systems in various materials, including stainless steel to support hygienic wash down requirements. Conveyors with plastic modular belts are low friction, high performance conveyors that are very quiet in operation and are extremely durable, able to withstand high temperatures and are available in many configurations including standard flat-top, perforated, slotted, flighted and grip top, with side flexing belts for curves and 'S' bends.
