I have dealt with a lot of estate agents in the last few months and I can confirm that yours is one of the best in Brighton and Hove! I am sure you make far more commission on larger properties, but you never once made me feel like a lesser seller, you were always easy to get hold of, kept things moving apace and were patient with my inefficiencies. With everything I am coping with at the moment, I was so grateful.

A message for Heather. Thank you so much for selling my beach hut …  I have had beach huts in Hove for over 40 years. My family and I and my friends have had the most wonderful and fun times. Although I live near my beach hut, it has always seemed like going on holiday. I will miss going there dreadfully, but am happy to hear that the new owners are so excited. They will have a lovely lovely time. Meet new friends. Sitting in the sun, outside the beach hut, after a swim in the sea, with friends, and a bottle of wine or Champagne. Fun and laughter. Utter bliss.

Thank you to Laura at Callaways for making the process of purchasing our new beach hut such a seamless experience!

From our first viewing, to finalising our offer, providing all the necessary information and documentation, and helping with paperwork, we couldn’t have asked for more.  We are over the moon with our new hut and looking forward to making memories.
