After a free / no obligation site visit we will put our proposal forward to the customer, this can entail a improved operating procedure, introduction of a fully managed and audited system using our Absorbent & Wipe Stations or even a newly designed bespoke product.
Issue at MRO Facility
Problem:
Manufacturing Shopfloor has wiping requirements at point of use, the wipers they do have are in a Storeroom one end of the Shopfloor. With daily usages of wipers occuring at points A, B, C, D, E and F trained operatives would have to leave their
work area to walk the length of the shopfloor to the Storeroom. Often the operatives would find that no Wipers had even been ordered and the Storeroom was empty.
Answer:
After a Site Survey by Censol it was agreed with management to install 7 Stations strategically placed around the shopfloor. These were checked, replenished and managed at agreed intervals. The company only pays for the products that have been replenished / used and the Operative no longer had to make trips to the Storeroom and could concentrate fully on their role.
The facility now runs much more efficiently and is fully compliant with current legislation. Operatives no longer have wasted
trips to the store room and paperwork is greatly reduced. Management can also be confident that all shop floor Wipers are in the right place at the right time.
