RCD is just a term that covers a wide family of instruments. An RCBO is an RCD with overcurrent protection included. RCCBs are RCDs without any overload protection. CBRS are often simply circuit breakers with integral residual current protection.
RCCB is an important safety component that will immediately disconnect a circuit when a leak to the earth wire occurs. It will also protect against electrocution or any sudden shocks caused by touching an open circuit or any other form of direct contact. RCBO and RCCBs, are residual current protection devices.
