Polyurethane Foam
Most people will recognise polyurethane foams as the spongier types of foam that are available. We use this type of foam to provide a high cushioning factor. Polyurethane foam packaging is very often used in 0427 (pizza style) cartons in both plain and profiled forms. These cartons, combined with either plain or anti-static polyurethane foam are typically used for PCBs and other types of small electrical & ESD items.
It works extremely well as padding and packing foam and we can manufacture bespoke, cut to size foam inserts to fit your products and requirements exactly.
Profiled Foam
Profiled polyurethane foam packaging (egg box style) can be provided in all grades and with varying profiles, which are made of the base, and the rise and fall which makes up the peaks and troughs. These dimensions can be varied to suit the pack, protection required or budget available.
Polyurethane foams most commonly occur in 12KG, 22KG & 28KG densities along with pink anti-static grades.
We are also able to supply polyurethane chipfoam which is recycled foam reconstituted to form recycled foam blocks.
