This accreditation demonstrates that Garador steel up and over garage doors have been independently tested and certified to a high security specification.

Multi-point locking is standard on all up & over garage doors. When security is important, a high security up & over garage door is available as an option. Secured by Design - the Police preferred specification - is available on the Garador Guardian Range of Up & Over Garage Doors from Garador, who hold the Secured by Design accreditation.

The door panel is constructed with a strong steel chassis to provide rigidity and strength to the door panel.
The door travels up and over on spring assisted arms. The door swings out as it opens before retracting into the garage (retractable gear) or forming a canopy in the opening (canopy gear).
Canopy gear is typically manually operated, whilst retractable gear is deigned for remote control electric operation.
