Servicing prolongs the life of the installation and also ensures that it is kept in good working order.

Servicing helps prevent accidents

Ensuring the door is in a safe and efficient condition can help prevent accidents and damage which would result in downtime affecting workflow and creating loss of revenue.

The average length of service for our friendly team of engineers is 5 years. The engineers have CSCS cards, are CRB checked and are all IPAF and PASMA qualified. For each door that has been serviced you will be provided with a service sheet detailing the type of door, it’s location and the engineer’s findings. The office will later issue information on any door that requires further work along a quote for repair.

What happens if there is something wrong with my product?

All of our shutters go through a stringent quality control process before they are despatched to you.

In the event that your shutter develops a fault, we will act quickly to assess the issue and identify what is required to rectify the fault. Possible charges may apply.

We offer a full installation service by our own experienced fitting teams. No sub-contractors are used.

How simple is it to install my roller security shutter?

Oxley recommends shutters are only installed by suitably qualified professional installers. Oxley Doors & Shutters is able to provide a full installation service, that is competitive and safe.

Are the shutters simple to install?

Our products are designed to be very simple to install. Usually it is a simple case of fixing the guide channels to the wall, inserting the slats and attaching the suspension springs. Minor complications can arise when the walls or windows are not completely level, however these are simple to overcome. When choosing a shutter with remote control operation, installation is even simpler as you only need to run a single cable to a plug socket, and then plug in!

After your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel or change the order. From then it will depend how far the order has progressed as to what can be changed.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that all of our roller shutters come with a 1 year guarantee. In the unlikely event that a part does fail, simply contact us and we will advise you how to isolate the shutter and we will send a fitting team to site to rectify.

Are your products CE approved?

Are your products higher quality than some cheaper alternatives I see on the market?

Yes, our shutters are made from quality, sourced material. We only use trusted brands for our electronics that are known for trouble free operation. All components are sourced within Europe to keep a tight control on quality.

Our pricing is extremely competitive and we would be astonished if you could find a product made with the same quality for a cheaper price.

I want to order a size in between the sizes you offer on your product page - is this possible?

Yes this is possible.

We try and keep our pricing simple but this does not mean you are limited to these specific sizes. We manufacture each security shutter specifically to your requirements right down to the millimetre so you can choose the exact size you like.

For example if you would like a Shutter at 2.9m x 2m this is fine. Simply round up to the 3m x 2m price and include your requested size in the notes with your order. But if unsure one of our team members will call to your site and clarify the exact sizes needed to manufacture.
