Access Your Energy Consumption Data
You can request access to your Half Hourly (HH) consumption data for your SMETS or AMR meter, free of charge.
This can help you better understand your usage, putting you in control and helping you make the most of your energy.
You may request up to 12 months of data for Half-Hourly electricity consumption, and Hourly gas consumption.
How to Request Your Data
To request your consumption data, please send an enquiry (choose the Billing category, and ‘I have a query about my bill’ as the subcategory), and provide the following details:
- Your account number
- Your MPAN (for electricity) or MPRN (for gas)
- The period of consumption data you’re requesting
- Your contact details

Please Note:
Please note the following conditions before submitting your request:
- Data is only available for periods when your meter was fully operational and successfully communicating with our systems.
- We may not be able to provide data if:
- Your meter has experienced communication issues (e.g., temporary network outages or hardware faults).
- We are unable to connect to your smart or AMR meter for technical reasons.
- You’ve recently switched to Yü Energy and we have not yet appointed your metering operator, or the existing meter is not smart or AMR-enabled.
