4ME&U Ltd, trading as Devoncare, is a care provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Devoncare provides care to vulnerable adults and the community in partnership with Devon and Cornwall Council. There is a variety of care available, including complex care, specialists' care, palliative care, and others. We provide ongoing one-to-one care, including live-in care, for most of our clients. Privately funded clients can also benefit from our care support services. We provide the highest quality of care to our clients, either in their own homes or in residential/care facilities, thanks to Devoncare's experienced team of registered nurses and health care professionals. Additionally, Devoncare provides temporary nurses and carers on an "as needed" basis to residential homes and care facilities.

We had the sudden need for help looking after one parent. Devoncare came to the rescue like a knight in shining armour. Lloyd not only fully understood our needs, but had a live in helper organised and Chi arrived the next morning. Not only did Chi crasp what help was needed both physically but medically as well.
