About us

AAV Plastics are far more than just a moulder- we provide a complete plastics solution. This means that we do everything we can to understand what it is you are trying to achieve with the parts we make for you. This way we can give you the best possible value in terms of part design and integration of the parts into your product or assembly.

You bring:  a clear understanding of your market and product- including the end use and technology contained within the product.

We bring:  over 20 years experience designing and making parts and assemblies for a wide variety of industries. This includes a clear understanding of how the tools for the parts will be made, which means that we can make the most of the opportunities which the toolmaking process can bring to your product, and the costs of the toolmaking an moulding process.
Nearly all of our toolmaking is carried out in our well equipped tool room, using full CAD/CAM facilities- so the designs we have agreed are tooled and manufactured under our full control.
Mouldings are then made using our range of moulding machines- from 35-250 tonnes.

Finishing operations, including post moulding machining, assembly, CNC glueing, spin welding, ultrasonic welding, and packing are also carried out here in Bridport.
