From the get go, professional, proactive and communicated well.HOWEVER we did have a major hitch and that is when AABRS went from good to outstanding. It's when things go wrong that you find out the quality of an organisation and their ability to rectify things and AABRS did it in bucket loads.I live in Australia and communication could have been very difficult with the time difference, AABRS never mad me feel isolated or forgotten.
