Machine base in cast iron with ample circular resting base which turns with the large bow .
Adjustable machine parts: vice unit, bow support, bow’s vertical and horizontal perpendicularity, vice shoulders.
Pedrazzoli brand speed reducer unit
Protection guards for parts in movement, micro-switches on pulley cover guards, emergency button on electric panel.
Lubrication/refrigeration system for band with electric pump and two adjustable taps placed on the band guides
Cast iron parts are PEDRAZZOLI Green, sheet metal parts are Grey and blade cover guards are Yellow

Circular saw blades supplied by Accurate Cutting Services include; Julia SHSS, HSS circular saw blades and Daiko disposable carbide tipped blades.

Accurate Cutting Services offer a subcontract sawing service for outsourced or insourced solutions to cutting problems.

Cutting Fluids

Saw Sharpening
