The work we undertake for our customers is varied and tailored to the customer's exact requirements, from a small oil drip tray under a problem bearing, to large safety canopies across major motorways.
The way we work at Acer Engineering shouldn’t surprise you, we know the customer is the most important person, we know you want to know exactly who you are dealing with, you want a name, and a contact number where you can reach them, so you can keep track of everything that’s happening. Your first contact may be by phone, but it is likely the person you speak to will be the same engineer who will come out and visit you to discuss you technical requirements.
From this initial visit, the engineer will take some approximate measurements, enough to allow a fixed price quotation to be produced, and return to the office where they will prepare the quotation, which includes a comprehensive list of technical requirements which we have allowed for. Should the quotation meet your technical and budgetary requirements and a purchase order is recieved a further visit may be required for a full technical site survey, prior to a CAD drawing being produced for your approval. Once approved the same engineer will complete the drawings and oversee the fabrication and installation of your contract.
Throughout the whole process you will deal with the same engineer and a company who values Customer Service and Quality above all else.
