We are proud of our Company and have a strong brand image that easily identifies our operatives when on site i.e. co-ordinated work wear. We endeavour to operate a same day response to emergency calls wherever possible and operate the highest levels of self-imposed service to all of our customers.

Prompt attention is given to all enquiries and our offices are manned from Monday thru Friday. Answerphone and e-mail are in operation when the office is unattended. These are regularly checked over weekend periods. We provide clients with emailed instruction sheets and are willing to give office manager's and secretary's mobile telephone numbers where and when necessary.
