Just wanted to recognise the exceptional service I have had from these guys this week. We had a production line come to a standstill and was in desperate need of PTFE. When Wendy got in touch it was clear that she was looking for something completely different from the norm. Affixit assisted Wendy with technical drawings and sent Wendy multiple material samples until everything was just right. Wendy’s initial run was produced using our flat bed machine, this is ideal for smaller runs as the tooling costs are more realistic for prototype work. Since her first delivery unit sales have taken off and Wendy invested in her own Rotary Die Cutting tool which we commissioned and is now using over 400,000 gaskets each month.
I have just taken delivery of my gaskets and I would like to express my gratitude to Mark and everyone involved. Our phone rang at 4.30 one Friday afternoon, due to a communication error between Johns office and his team on site John found himself needing over 300 metres of Acrylic Foam Tape fast (the site was being inspected for sign off 9am Monday morning). John explained the urgency and the Affixit Team sprang into action, the tape was prepared and collected by a private courier who then delivered the tape to John in Newcastle at 9am Saturday morning.
Just a quick note to say thank you, Jan really helped me out and actually saved my bacon. Tape arrived at 9am as promised and I now have a happy customer. I’ll be back for more and will try and give you more notice next time, Thanks again.
