Our AVI3000 Audio Visual Indicator has now been replaced by a new model that offers improved aesthetics, better light distribution making it easier to see, and an enhanced internal sounder. It is used above a door to highlight the location (room or bed), the type of call and where the call has been made from on the system and/or can be used as ‘follow me’ lights (commonly used in hospitals).
Aid Call has been at the forefront of wireless nurse call technology for over 35 years. Our first class knowledge, innovative approach and reputation for delivering reliable, safety critical solutions has clearly positioned us as the leading supplier of wireless nurse call solutions in the UK. We work closely with NHS Trusts, private hospitals and Local Authorities to ensure our systems meet and exceed their constantly changing needs.
Our latest system, the Touchsafe Pro, has been designed with HTM compliance at its heart and is our first system to include user-friendly touch-screens. We have utilised mesh network technology for increased security and provide the option of emergency or cardiac pull stop configurations. This makes the Touchsafe Pro our most advanced system yet.
Its wireless configuration allows for complete flexibility and mobility. Without having to rely on cables and stationary wiring points, installation is quick, undisruptive and is specific to each site. The system can facilitate individual patient requirements, can adapt to change and can be added to over time.
Innovative features and powerful software achieve unrivalled functionality. The system’s bed status monitoring facility streamlines admission and discharge services and our Next-Call-Waiting call point function better coordinates care teams. Improving the speed of call responses and increasing the depth of information available to both staff and management will heighten team performance and support staff in providing the most effective care.
Aid Call systems are programmed to track and record all call information. Details of outgoing calls are stored, including call location and response time, to provide a comprehensive insight into staff activity and performance. This protects you and your staff and is an invaluable audit tool.
We offer a professional team of national technical consultants, as well as in-house engineers available throughout the UK. We provide a full year’s warranty, on-going maintenance support and a 24/7/365 helpline. If you are looking for a wireless solution that offers total patient safety, don’t take the risk, talk to us first.

Safety in numbers for nurse call system You may not realise it, but your nurse call alarm system may not be as safe and efficient as you think.
The implementation of the new Nurse Call system at the Marie Curie Hospice, Newcastle has promoted an effective response for patients and allows staff the ability to refer back and monitor call response times. The transportable handheld devices promote independence with our patients whilst giving staff peace of mind that patients can contact them wherever they are in the building.
We have three nursing homes that have been equipped with nurse call systems that have proved trustworthy and reliable. In addition, the quality of the after sales service has been absolutely brilliant; both in telephone support and engineer call out situations. I have known occasions in the past where we have urgently needed spare parts over a weekend, and Aid Call have taken it upon themselves to personally deliver in their own time. We have recently installed brand new systems in all our homes, nurse call and Reach. All our new systems work very well, and make life much safer for all out clients, and easier for our staff to manage client needs. I commend Aid Call for the reliability of the product and also the extremely high level of after sales support, friendly, personable staff, and the efficiency of the company as a whole. I would highly recommend Aid Call to any company considering the installation of a nurse call system.
