We have to say Albert is not new to us. This would be the third salon we have entrusted his skills. Linda is a highly creative individual, who has definite thoughts of how her environment should look and portray this. Albert has always created that something really special and seen it through to making it a reality. We are all professionals but we really enjoy the whole process and seeing what can be created.Our current look has a real cultured mature feel. It is entirely relevant to today and the special building it is housed in. Albert liaised with the builders, architects and specialist contractors to get exactly what we needed. Just can't wait to work with him again.

Taking on a project refurbishing 12,000 sq feet was never going to be an easy task. Being a great believer in fate I sent it up to the universe to attract the perfect designer. One click later on Google and I found the man for the job in Albert Ewan Design. What could have taken forever seemed to fly by with every detail taken care of with meticulous attention. I believe I work all hours, however, even Albert surprised me with his ability to always answer questions and emails with a sound knowledge backed up with a vast amount of years of industry experience. We have finished stage one of the project which includes an incredible hair salon, juice bar, gym, changing rooms, pedi spa and nails area with an amazing reception retail area. The thought process and eye for detail has made the results absolutely spot on. In a creative world sometimes it's hard to put across what you are looking to achieve, however Albert made the whole process seamless which thankfully kept us all sane! All of the directors at aUK Grantham, cannot praise Albert Ewan Design enough from project plan, layout to design and furniture manufacture you have everything in one company - genuine guy too which is a massive bonus
We had used AED for some bespoke furniture a few years ago and were delighted with the result so choosing someone to help us with our recent refurbishment was easy! The salon has a high ceiling and metal beams and supports and utilising Alberts design expertise, we decided to go for a more contemporary urban chic look with an industrial twist. We chose made to measure wallpaper from Textura, sections from Pahi, and some industrial style feature lights. From design, planning & project management through to choosing the right fixtures, fittings and furniture Albert and his team were pure professionals and there just when we needed them. The end result is a unique space that's been well admired by our clients, the layout that was created provides more space to work and a light, airy relaxed and welcoming place to visit. Thanks Albert and team we couldn't have asked for more!
I was opening my first hair salon & wanted it to be perfect. My partner kept saying he knew a guy that did furniture, but I was adamant that I wanted it unique & contemporary. After a few weeks of searching through rubbish websites, an advert popped up at the side for Albert. Instantly I knew he was the man for me. I was initially worried if I could afford him but after speaking to him he reassured me that he designed the layout complimentary if I spent xyz. Albert was very patient with me as I analysed every detail, even returned my phone calls at 10pm as I was still trying to work during the day and get the baby to bed. This meant I had to plan in the evening & Albert sent over various layouts to consider. We decided to go with PAHI as I loved the colour pallets and style of chairs. I couldn't decide on the final look so Albert suggested I went to the showroom in Barcelona. We flew over for 2 days and Gerard picked us up and we went to the showroom. We sat on every piece of furniture until we decided the style and colour. I went away with samples and made my final decision at home with help of Albert. Furniture came on time beautifully packed and easily to assemble. I am so happy with my salon, I walk in every day & love it! Thanks for all your support Albert.
I never believed I would find a designer who would help me upgrade my small barbers salon and with my tight budget. Finding Albert Ewan Design online and reading such good reviews, I pessimistically made contact. However, from the first moment of talking to Albert I knew all would be good. He worked confidently and tirelessly to respect my budget whilst providing and advising a first class service. I still cannot believe the transformation of my salon and still, neither can my clients! Albert has designed and provided me with a smart, calm and warm inviting space in which to work and for my clients to relax in during their haircuts. The quality of the new furniture, mirrors and sinks are second to none. Albert worked at producing an individual service that completely suited my requirements. Never worried how many times I called with another query, changing details or having a panicky moment. He patiently provided plans and re-plans until I was ready and satisfied with the new look salon. He has rectified my lighting, made my small salon look bigger and advised me on the flooring and wall colours.I cannot recommend him enough. I have a salon I only once dreamed of. The refit went smoothly and on time.All in all, truly brilliant. I still go into my salon everyday and go, "Wow!" Albert, you're a star! Thank you.
