We live in a small residential development of a small block of 6 flats and 3 houses.Access is controlled by electronic gates,Yesterday (Saturday) one of our residents, unfortunately ,had and altercation with the entrance gates causing them to malfunction and reman open.. This was a security problem apart from any other consideration. As I am a Director of the management , as well as a resident, I called the out of hours phone number of Anchor , an engineer answered immediately ,took details and arranged a call out to fix the problem. This call was made by me at about 4pm. by 6.45pm the gates were fixed, I believe this service is FIRST CLASS !!!!!!
