On 1 August 2019, Audax Private Equity completed the acquisition of Aspen Surgical Products. Aspen Medical Europe LTD was retained by Hill-Rom and they will continue to be the distributor for Aspen Surgical™ products in Europe for the next few months while Aspen Surgical stands up its international logistics strategy. Until further notice there is no change to the process of ordering, invoicing, payment, and quality/regulatory functions.
