With a rich history of innovation and expertise spanning decades, our company is committed to delivering cutting-edge technology that ensures precision, reliability, and efficiency in every application. From load cell simulators and calibrators to digital indicators with LCD displays, our extensive product portfolio reflects our dedication to providing high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
At Asset Instruments Engineering Ltd, our success stems from a relentless pursuit of excellence in engineering and manufacturing.
Our Products Include:
Amplifiers
Our signal-conditioning bridge amplifiers are compatible with load cells, strain gauges, pressure sensors, hydrostatic transmitters, and similar differential bridge sensors. Designed with extensive technical and mechanical versatility, they offer flexibility to suit various applications. Whether you prefer off-the-shelf units or require customisation, our amplifiers can accommodate your specific needs with ease.
Digital Indicators
Our digital indicators incorporate Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light-Emitting Diode (LED), and Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) technologies, providing versatility in colour, size, and electrical and mechanical features to suit diverse applications. While many of our indicator modules are custom-designed to meet specific customer needs, we also offer standard LCD indicator modules in various digit sizes and forms, suitable for both portable and panel mount configurations, particularly well-suited for load-cell applications.
Wireless Modules
Presently, we are in the process of developing multiple wireless (telemetry) modules utilising cutting-edge technology to substitute traditional cable connections in various applications. Several hardware modules have already reached completion, with software development slated for completion by the end of 2020, paving the way for production.
Load Cell Simulators / Calibrators
The AS600 simulator/calibrator series emulates various types of bridge transducers typically found in load cells, strain gauges, pressure sensors, and extensometers, among others. Featuring a dual attenuator network, these devices offer a balanced output, replicating a complete active bridge sensor, with the flexibility to switch between positive, zero, and negative outputs. Suitable for a multitude of applications such as transducer testing, amplifier calibration, fault diagnosis, system setup, and research and development, they are housed in a durable IP54 aluminium die-cast enclosure, ensuring resilience in both laboratory and field settings.
We employ a team of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technological advancement. Through rigorous research, development, and testing processes, we continuously refine our products to meet the evolving demands of modern industries. Our commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of our operations, from design and production to customer service and support.
Furthermore, Asset Instruments Engineering Ltd prides itself on fostering long-term partnerships with our clients, built on trust, integrity, and mutual success. We understand the importance of collaboration and strive to provide personalised solutions that address the unique challenges faced by each customer. With a customer-centric approach, we aim to exceed expectations by delivering not only superior products but also unparalleled service and support.
As we continue to innovate and expand our product offerings, we remain dedicated to driving positive change and making a lasting impact in the world of instrumentation and beyond.
