Yesterday whilst driving onto my front drive the front tyre cracked a cast iron cover for my chess pit and the cover fell into the pit. Initially spoke to Sean the owner of the above company who initially advised it would be much cheaper for me to just buy a cover from a supplier like LBS. And even gave directions how to get there. Regrettably turns out my cover was a bit of bastard size and Neither LBS or Burdens could provide that size. I returned to Sean and asked for his help and could he take a look and advise. He kindly came over on his way home yesterday afternoon and measured up and said he would try and locate a cover. This morning I had a new man hole cover Sean couldn’t find the either but had one cut to fit. Haven’t encountered such great and honest service in a long long while.Would wholeheartedly recommend this company.Thank you Sean
