We can screen print multi-coloured logos and type matter in surprisingly fine detail and registration, even on to curved surfaces providing these are no smaller than say, a 400mm radius. Just provide us with artwork, or film positives plus a drawing reference for location.

About us

Beechcraft Ltd established in 1970, design and manufacture high quality PU mouldings from our 12,000 sq/ft factory near the town of Bath.

We are a family run company specialising in a range of services including Product Design, Tool Design & Manufacture, Moulding Manufacture, EMC Coatings, Paint Finishing and Silk Screen Printing. We also offer Prototyping and Assembly Operations.

Beechcraft use only the finest mould tools including Cast Resin-Aluminium Composite Tooling for producing custom designed enclosures and Machined Aluminium Tooling for producing more than 5,000 impressions.

We were looking for the appearance of an injection moulded casing, but with the small volumes required of the product, the relatively low tooling costs of the PU moulding process were very attractive. This, coupled with the complexity and sophistication of the moulding we required, meant that PU was the obvious choice for us.
