Bevel Gears
Straight Cut Bevel Gears are available in 80DP to 3DP imperial. 0.3Mod to 8Mod metric can be manufactured whole or cut free from issue blanks.
CNC Milling
We offer 2 axis to 4 axis milling. Our high performance machinery delivers fast spindle speeds, fast rapids and quick tool changes for production or smaller batches.
CNC Turning
We are able to produce small batches or large production runs with monthly call off’s if needed.
Gear Hobbing
Spur Gears/Helical gears & wormwheels can be cut from 3mm dia to 350mm dia with arrange of pitches from 0.3Mod to 5Mod.
Gear Shaping
Straight cut spur gears can be cut up to 350mm dia with 52mm face width with capacity to 4 Mod metric or 6DP imperial. We also cut internal gears & racks on these sh
