So which service is best for your business and what does it all mean?

Fibre optic broadband has become highly available throughout the UK. The fibre connection is delivered via two different types. These are FTTC (fibre to the cabinet) and FTTP (fibre to the premises) offering speeds that are far higher than a standard ADSL connection.

Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC)

Our first product, which is the most common of the services, is the Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) solution. The way this works is that a fibre optic cable is installed from your local exchange to the nearest cabinet in your street and from their a standard cable is run into your premises. This enables far higher download speeds than a standard broadband connections and with these lightning speeds you business can seamlessly run video conferencing and centralised cloud solutions with ease.

Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)

The second fibre connection we offer is the fibre to the premises. As the name suggests this is where the fibre cable is run completely from the local exchange all the way to your premises offering even higher speeds and quality of service than FTTC or standard ADSL. Companies requiring high speed connectivity with one to one contentions would love this service.
