Very disappointing all round experience.
Awful customer service. Faulty product from new. Said that for speed i should purchase another and they would refund on receipt of the faulty unit. Then refused refund even though they confirmed it was faulty. Lying, deceitful, awful company. Never using again, and i was a regular purchaser.
