I ordered a quantity of boxes from this company but they were never delivered or refunded. All my calls and emails were ignored or not returned. They are now trading under at least 5 different company names including Cartons Direct using the website cardboardboxescouk. Their original company was liquidated owing more than one hundred and eight thousand pounds. These people are not to be trusted.
Ordered packaging 7th march- called to chase 12th march-was told it was going to be dispatched that day ( or maybe the day later)- its now 19th March and still nothing! Not an email, not a phone call, nothing! If your business relies on good communication and delivery then these are not the people for you!
I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. I bought a consignment of cardboard boxes online. They promised to deliver on a Friday; on the morning of that day the courier texted to say they had not received the consignment from the company so had nothing to deliver. It arrived the following Monday, with many boxes in a tatty state, with fewer than I had ordered, and those that came were of the wrong size. Packing tape and a tape measure should have arrived with the boxes - these didn't. I rang up the company twice to have them follow this up, and both times they promised to ring me back - on neither occasion did they do so. I will be lodging a formal complaint.
