Minimum maintenance
CHAMBRELAN slides have been designed to function with a minimum maintenance. Slides are lubricated in house with a grease for an optimum lifespan.
In case of aggressive conditions of use (corrosive environment, intensive use...) we advise a regular and systematic maintenance of the slide.

Cold drawn steel linear rails
The linear rail is made from a cold drawn steel profile (some small dimension rails are are also available in aluminium).
This manufacturing process causes a work hardening of the material. This increases the wear resistance qualities of our steel sections.

Heavy duty rail
Thanks to 15 differents models and 2 lengths of carriers, CHAMBRELAN offers you a wide range of easy linear movement solutions. Load capacities from 5 to 600 kg / carrier.

The product: a rail and carriers
LOur linear rails consist of a recirculating ball bearing carrier that slides within a fixed length of guidance rail. One or more carriers may be used within each length of rail.
Carriers are adapted to the rail (general manufacturing tolerances are around 1/10th of millimetre).

For almost 50 years, Chambrelan UK Ltd has designed, developed and supplied thousands of ball bearing slides and guidance rails world-wide.

We are constantly refining and developing our manufacturing expertise in line with industry changes, making us the leading manufacturer of heavy duty sliding systems in the world.

We control the complete manufacturing of its products from the raw material, through the profiling process to the finished product. We are able to manufacture a range of standard slides as well as specific slides according to our customer’s specifications.

Full extension drawer slides are extended in two stages: first the inner beam (smaller profile of the slide), then the intermediate element. The latter, subjected to a torque due to the offset load, requires a greater force to move.
