Ordered Red Jewellery Box with 60 chocolates for my 80 year old mum on Mother's Day. Send completely the wrong chocolates in plain box. She was so disappointed because the gift card said I'd sent a Red Jewellery Box. Refused full refund or to send the correct item unless my housebound 80 year old mother who lives 250 miles from me packaged them up and sent them back to Jersey initially at her own cost and then reluctantly agreed to foot the postage. No compensation, nothing. Really disappointed.
