Side gripper elevators and lowerators offer an effective means of elevating or lowering a variety of uniform shaped containers and products from 25mm diameter up to 25kg boxes, particularly when space is restricted and where incline conveyors are not practical. With a vertical conveying angle of 90° only a small footprint area is required for the unit. Available in stainless steel or power-coated mild steel with rubber-padded slat chain, this provides a positive product grip and the width can be adjusted either manually or automatically to suit various product types and sizes.

Elevators can be purchased as stand alone equipment or can be fully integrated into an existing package handling system Other types of elevator/lowerators are available and can also be supplied for boxes, pallets etc including:-

- Reciprocating Platform Elevators
- Spiral Elevators
