Please do not use this company They're very rude unprofessional talking inappropriate way are not helpful at all. I was messed around last time and this time in 2024 I was messed around for a very long time I waited I kept on ringing but no one helped me they didn't want to help me but too lazy to ring up the council themselves and ask them whether it was approved I got so fed up that I ranked on the 15th of July and a very rude woman had a very abrupt very rude conversation with me She didn't obviously want to help very lazy They're very very lazy do not want to put their finger out to help or to let their business grow or people to spend use their company other companies do their utter best they get their finger out they get things rolling from the council they ring the council when will it be approved they chase the council up but this company please do not use them avoided three long months only to be told by a very rude person that they were still waiting for the council after three months She blamed it on me as though it was my fault why not told her perhaps might be that I was foreign if she didn't want to help me they were exceptionally rude to me been all English I think they have a different attitude to people who are foreign because there was one named Madeline in that company who was so abrupt The only thing she spoke to me was yes no yes no That was so rude I was really shocked that a company could use someone like a robot Just answering yes no yes no She didn't want to talk to me or discuss what was happening what had happened what about to happen I'm just wondering they could have told me they don't want to help me I would have been very grateful I would have appreciate it that they don't want to help me they don't want me to use their business but why to mess someone about for 3 months and then put the phone down on them I would strongly advise anyone not to use this company
