We were interested in obtaining a colour MFD deal for our new business in Margate. Charlie was my first point of contact and offered a great suggestion for our immediate need as well as for future developments. As a consequence we ordered a Brother unit which Emma processed for us and arranged for rapid supply and installation. The installation was carried out very professionally by Sam and we had a fully working system and demo within 30 minutes. A couple of subsequent queries have been dealt with immediately. All-in-all a very efficient organisation. Thanks to all!
Emma and her team have been absolutely fantastic, highlighting great customer service. We leased out a printer / scanner, and instead of them dropping it off and handing us a manual (as I expected), they dedicated their time and knowledge into setting the printer up for us, and running us through every detail possible - as well as providing us with contact numbers; and assured us that we call them even if we are slightly confused. Would definitely recommend this business to others!

I also found her to go above and beyond with our printing & laminating and we were extremely happy - I would definitely recommend them for printing & laminating jobs. We have used Copier King for at least four and a half years (the time I have been with the company) and I have nothing but praise for them. The copier/scanner/printer that they provided fits our needs entirely and Charlie is always on the end of the phone to answer any questions we may have regarding the machine and for supplies. For anything that can't be resolved over the phone, Sam will be on site almost immediately to work his magic! Earlier this year we upgraded our machine and Charlie took the time to come in and discuss our requirements before then providing exactly what we wanted/needed.
Charlie and the team at Copier King have been looking after us for the last 3 years. I really appreciate the personal service that they provide and the professional way they go about their business. Our building is not the easiest to manoeuvre large pieces of equipment around but they recommend the best solution for us and find a way to move it into position. It's great to know that they are always only a phone call away and that they understand the importance of great customer service.

From the outset we have received an exceptional bespoke service from Copier King. This local firm readily, and sensibly ascertained what our actual copying needs where and matched these to a suitable printer whose properties matched all the criteria, from size, design, printing capacity and importantly budget. The installation was completed efficiently, and when we have needed support, this has always been delivered on the day within a very a small timeframe; the customer service has been second to none.
