Cousins Engineering is a privately owned company specialising in high quality precision parts for industries including Defence, Marine, Telecommunications, Electronics, Oil & Gas, Commercial Automotive and the Leisure Industry.

Established in 1966, Cousins Engineering can manufacture components from prototype to large batch sizes. We have become highly reputable as one of the leading sub-contract suppliers of turned and milled components. Cousins Engineering use a wide range of materials including stainless steels, hastelloy, mild steels, brass, aluminium alloys and plastics.

CNC Multitasking Machining

• 21st Century machining techniques
• Use the latest Mazak Integrex mult-tasking mill/turn machines
• Short production lead times

CNC Milling

• 3 & 4 axis Mazak and Mori Selki vertical and horizontal machining centres
• Parts from 1.7m to 650mm wide
• Work together with CAD software

CNC Turning

• A range of 2 & 3 axis Mazak Lathes with live tooling & bar feed
• Manufacture components from 10mm to 76mm diameter on the bar
• Billit sixe of up to 400mm diameter

CAD/CAM

• Various software packages in a multitude of file formats
• Programmes from 3D model to CAD drawing

Stock Control

• Progress Plus control software package for monitoring customers’ orders
• Monitoring orders from receipt to dispatch
• Secure storage area & weekly reports of current stock levels

Supplementary Services

• Services include anodising, Heat treatment, painting, plating, precision hand de-burring & welding
