NCPM is an expandable braid cable jacket, manufactured in monofilament polyester. Formulated to add mechanical protection for groups of cables, it is easily fitted by pushing back the jacket over cable bundles. On compression, NCPM diameter expands over the bundles and retracts to hold the cables neatly in place. The braiding material is resistant to attack from most solvents, heat up to 150¡C and is self extinguishing.

Ness Heatshrink is a part of CPL Industries, known as CPL Ness Heatshrink, based near Pontypridd, South Wales. We are the largest UK manufacturer and supplier of corrosion protection products and plastic mouldings including heat shrink tubing, heat-shrink sleeving and heat-shrink mouldings for protection from abrasion, moisture and other elements within hostile environments.

We produce varying grades of Polyolefin, PVC, PTFE, Flouroelastomer and Expanded Braided Cable sleeving, all in a multitude of thicknesses, rigidity, flexibility etc. for a wide variety of applications including high temperature, electrical insulation, protection against moisture, abrasion or the most hostile of environments or simply for an aesthetic finish, we have the material for the job.

We also supply a range of coloured heat-shrink solutions from green, yellow, blue and clear to name a few. 

CPL Ness Heatshrink offer a cut and print option to cut your heat shrink sleeving to your exact size and print to your specification for identification purposes.

We have also launched a new range of Heat Guns with brushless motors for clean room applications.
