After a 2 hour struggle to fit toilet seat I left a review, not a good one. I was contacted by Croydex who suggested that the fixing kit may have been faulty. They kindly sent me a new fixing kit and a spare and 10 mins after receipt, toilet seat fitted properly. Thank you Croydex Customer Service - Happy Customer.
