The SSC4000 is a fully electronic cut and stripping machine, it is an ITALIAN product, product designed and manufactured entirely (mechanical, electrical and software) internally the SAVOTEC, and it is complete of CE certification. The SSC4000 is controlled by powerful engines, cutting and for the stripping, which is performed by two conveyor belts of a length of 120 mm, with parallel opening to permit a correct centering of the cable with blades and a thread guide. The machine can process cables from 0.50 mm2 to 50mm2 with a hollow passage maximum 15 mm outside diameter, the machine can process single and multicore cables, PVC, Neoprene, Silicone, Etc.. The SSC4000 is managed by a PC running Windows, and a touch-screen for insertion of all operational parameters of the machine, with the possibility of saving parameters, in several programs, thanks to the software very intuitive, fast and extremely easy to use. Extremely compact and simple in operation, it ensures precise cuts and high production. The machine is supplied complete with safety guards, safety module and end cable sensor.

CST Automation Limited at the Plant & Asset Management Exhibition 2016 Together with GLW GmbH, CST Automation Limited will be exhibiting at the Plant & Asset Management Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham halls 3 & 3A from the 12th – 14th April 2016 on stand number P210.
Ordered a set of crimping dies on a punt, hoping they would do the job. Sadly they didn't. CST offered to perform some trials if I supplied sample terminals and wire. Sent them off on a Friday, got perfect samples back the following Tuesday with the die set swapped for what I really needed. Excellent customer service above and beyond what I expected!
