I found CTi Communications while looking for an interim solution as our ISDN is being turned off.Although I am generally cynical when it comes to the majority of service providers’ support CTi Communications totally surpassed my expectations and have been completely brilliant.Dealing mainly with Andrew (although I have heard from Tom too), he was pretty much always available and genuinely knowledgeable. He stuck with it even when our current ISP just stopped replying to me (for the best part of a month!).I will definitely be looking at their other services when our current contracts are coming to an end. If you are looking for a service provider who actually supports their service then I strongly recommend you try CTi Communications, I cannot fault them.Five stars are not enough, they deserve more.
