Closed bearing eye: This is a design used mainly in the commercial vehicles sector and for general mechanical engineering applications (series 687/688 and 587). Split bearing eye: Developed for heavy and super-heavy duty applications, this design (series 390/392/393 and 492/498), provides compact dimensions in conjunction with a maximum torque transmission capability and greatly improved service life, apart from facilitating maintenance and assembly operations

Dana UK Driveshaft (previously known as Spicer Driveshaft) produce Spicer® brand propshafts, driveshafts & associated components for use on commercial & off-highway vehicles. Our original manufacturing plant in Wellingborough has been in production since 1978 and continues to produce both original equipment (OEM) & aftermarket related products.

Dana UK provide products that are designed for durability, reliability, power and efficiency for a range of commercial vehicles such as haulage trucks, school buses, military vehicles including MTVRs, unmanned ground vehicles, MATVs, JLTVs and HMMWVs and Fire and rescue vehicles. Products include;
