Like many I was sold by their attractive webpage and advertising. All seemed great. I told them I had already had a look inside the hard disk (probably a mistake!) and they still offered me the free evaluation and free pickup and free return. Once they had my disk it all started going pear-shaped. They demanded an extra £120+vat up front to do the assessment. Return was going to be £20+Vat if I declined the work, and if I did accept the work they would charge for the media they sent any data back on - another £130+Vat in my case. On top of the 'fixed price' quote. So the quote of £195 turned into £534. These charges are in the small print - am I the only one who doesn't read every word? Save yourself the hassle and stay clear.
