In Dec 2012 I bought an external hard drive from DCL. I used it to store archive material.In Aug 2013 I tried retrieving data from the drive. I discovered that I can only retrieve about 80% of the files. I ran the manufacturer's tests and received confirmation from the manufacturer that the drive is faulty and should be replaced under warranty. A reasonable company would send me a new drive, and a postage paid voucher so that I could rescue as much material as possible and then return the drive. This is not what DCL do. Before giving negative reviews I asked for my problem to be considered by someone in management. Instead I got a reply from someone whose English is so poor that I am not sure he actually understood what I had written.
