Where do I start, well I trusted my architect to advise which structural engineer to use as they already had a working relationship with Dixon hurst. But this went south from the first time they visited my house. Incorrect drawings and poor advice. George our contact was less than you can imagine. We have found a new structural engineer from Stripe engineering based in Horley who corrected Dixons mistakes which has now cost me £15k. I would take them to court but that would cost £20k plus before we got the honest truth to there mistakes. Life’s for living and I know how they would play this game.
