Had these roofers out to diagnose and repair a leaking roof after being told that the problem was the chimney needed capping which I had done and was told to give the water damage time to dry out which I did after months the problem was just as bad so contacted dm roofing and told them that the man who came who is in fact the owners brother guaranteed that this would solve the problem there reply was he shouldn’t have said that as they do not guarantee there work or give invoices for the work carried so I have for a repair which did not need doing in the first place but they did say they would come and have a look as a one off how gracious of them after being told various time somebody is coming out as of yet nobody has been so I am three hundred quid out of pocket and still got a leaking roof they also did a full roof on my neighbour earlier in the year and is leaking like a sieve don’t touch this outfit with a bargepole
