We supply Direct Thermal Tickets which can be printed on thicknesses ranging from 55 microns to 200 microns for use on 204 dpi and 300 dpi printers.
Our Direct Thermal Tickets can also be printed on card or paper and can be supplied on a continuous roll or as fan fold tickets.

Custom Labels
With more than sixty years of experience in the label industry, we pride ourselves on being a leader in manufacturing custom labels tailored to our customers' exact specifications. Our advanced equipment and expertise ensure top-quality results, with all products manufactured and certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. By handling all printing in-house at our factory in Lytham St. Annes, we maintain full control over the materials, inks, adhesives, and cutters used, guaranteeing a high-quality finish and a product that meets the highest standards.

Plain Labels
Plain labels represent a significant segment of the UK label market, providing customers with the flexibility to overprint their own information and barcodes in-house. Understanding the importance of cost efficiency, we produce plain labels across all our presses. Additionally, we operate a dedicated press (see image) exclusively for plain label production, allowing us to offer highly competitive prices for your plain label needs.

Thermal Transfer Labels
Thermal Transfer Labels are available on matte white paper or semi-gloss materials, featuring a standard permanent adhesive. These labels are ideal for use on various surfaces, including plastic, films, metal, and cardboard. The finished rolls can be wound onto cores in sizes of 12.7mm, 19mm, 25.40mm, 38.1mm, 44.45mm, or 76.2mm. Please specify your preferred core size when placing an order.

Direct Thermal Label Printing
A direct thermal label is chemically treated and heat-sensitive, allowing it to darken under the thermal printhead to create your printed label. Direct thermal label printers do not require ink, toner, or ribbons. This makes thermal labels both durable and easy to use, while also being more cost-effective to produce compared to inkjet, laser, impact, and thermal transfer printers.

Tickets
Tickets are available with or without holograms, pre-numbering on the front or back, ultraviolet security inks, custom perforations, and nearly any other security feature you require. Direct Thermal tickets can be Eco or Top Coated, printed in 1 to 6 colours on both sides, and can also be multi-layered with a coloured middle layer. Additionally, they can be produced in unique shapes or customised to specific width and depth formats.

A4 Label Sheet Printing
Printed A4 label sheets can be customised with any design or size, such as return address labels or company details. They’re often more cost-effective than DIY printing, saving on materials, ink, labour, and utilities. Examples include return address labels, branded labels with logos and contact details, and Fulfilled by Amazon barcode labels.

Barcode Labels
Douglas Storrie Labels specialises in barcode and variable information label printing, offering static or consecutive barcodes for product and package identification. We provide solutions such as sequentially numbered labels, product barcodes, and warehouse racking labels, using advanced printing methods like Thermal Transfer, Direct Transfer, Digital, and UV Flexo.
