Experienced a loss of pressure on my Slipstream Pro20 pressure washer. Called for troubleshooting support. Help was at hand but unfortunately could not resolve. Drove to Dual Pumps the next morning arriving 8:30 when they opened. Without quibble, parts exchanged, tests complete and under 2 hrs later I was on my way and able to finish a big job from the day before. SID was fantastic. Simply excellent.
