Over the years I've found Demian, Chris and Tyrone at Dwyer a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and even known to send heads through the post to scare the living daylights out of me. (Thanks Jeff in the stores!). Customer care has taken very seriously along with five star service and I can't understand why someone would leave such a poor review of them. Keep doing what you do and I'll keep buying! P.S a couple of those little red torches wouldn't go a miss in the next shipment you send me...... ;-)wink-wink
