Avoid !!! - APPROX 40 WEEK DELIVERYI would rate zero stars if possible.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !Dealing with EcoHaus has been the worst experience of a full self build done by myself. I though getting a company in to measure up and install the windows would have taken some pressure off myself but has caused nothing but stress.Constant lies about delivery.Windows that don’t fit.Doors that don’t fit.Cracked windows on installation.Wrong frame sizes found on windows when installing.Replacement windows and doors on an 8 week lead time (putting other trades behind).Argumentative directors who don’t even know what the installation teams are doing or the issues arising on site.I’m currently left with no windows or doors in several locations and no communication from them.Update 14.08.2020Original planned replacement items were meant to be delivered to England between 13.08.2020 - 29.08.2020. This morning Craig has emailed me to say these are now being delivered 26.09.2020.Original installation of some of the windows took place 16.06.2020. This means the replacement items Ecohaus had manufactured wrong are on a 15 week delivery. This 15 week delivery for the replacements doesnt include for the original delay. Please note the we placed the order for these back in January so we are looking at approx 40 WEEK DELIVERY if this second installation goes to plan.
