Office containers specification
- Steel corrugated panels all sides and roof
- Sides fully insulated with 80mm Rockwool and lined with 9mm melamine faced chipboard (beige colour)
- Roof fully insulated with 80mm Rockwool and lined with CSM10 white boards
- Trim is either white or brown plastic skirting and coving
- Floor is 27mm Far Eastern plywood
- Doors fitted with Kirncroft Multilocking
- Windows fitted with Kirncroft type shutters

All office containers finished internally and externally with a hi-build Zinc Phosphate coating available in all colours from the BS or RAL range.

Office containers electrics
Installation consists of PVC insulated and sheathed twin and circuit protective conductor cables supplying lighting, power and heating circuits.

Overcurrent and fault protection is afforded by an MEM residual current device controlled consumer unit fitted with miniature circuit breakers.

All units fitted with heating supplied by 2KW heater[s] c/w thermostatic control, lighting by 1500mm fluorescent tubes. External isolator fitted as standard.

All office containers installation to comply with current IEE regulations.
