Empire Controls (a division of MWA Technology) was formed to meet the requirements of the industrial and building services industry supplying a range of valves, metering equipment, oil fill & level equipment, gas detection, gas proving and fire fighting supplies to UK customers.
VALVES
Empire controls supply a range of valve products including gas solenoid valves, solenoid valves, motorised valves and free fall fire valves to the construction industry.
Our gas solenoid valves are available either with auto or manual reset functions and conforms to En161 legislations laws. As well as this our solenoid valve range comprises of direct acting and servo assisted solenoid valves, all of which is compatible with a wide range of temperatures and media. The motorised valve range is ideal for mixing valves and diverting valve applications giving you a wider range of uses. The free fall fire valves comply with BS799 as either a fire valve or oil dump line valve.
METERING EQUIPMENT
Empire Controls has a range of metering equipment such as diaphragm gas meters, turbine gas meters, water meters and oil & heat meters, giving our customers in the building services industry a comprehensive list of meters.
For gas applications there is a wide selection of diaphragm gas meters and turbine gas meters available depending on the application. Our water meter range includes single jet water meters, multi jet water meters and Woltmann water meters as well as hot and cold water meters. Oil meters, heat meters and energy meters complete the range.
OIL FILL & LEVEL EQUIPMENT
Empire Controls has a range of oil fill cabinets, oil level equipment and overfill alarms available for customers looking to purchase all relevant equipment associated with oil filling.
The oil fill cabinets range are designed to house all equipment associated with remote oil filling, housing oil fill valves, high level oil alarms, oil level gauges and any BMS interlocks. In addition hydrostatic content gauges are manufactured to fit individual tanks ensuring that the oil contents gauge is calibrated correctly before it is dispatched. Empire Controls also supply radar and capacitance level equipment.
GAS DETECTION & PROVING SYSTEMS
As a specialist in gas detection Empire Controls supply a range of stand along gas detection equipment including 3 ne gas detection and 5 zone gas detection systems. The gas interlock system complies with Corgi ventilation interlock regulations for commercial kitchens. For kitchen installations where there are no flame failure devices, gas proving system will make sure you comply with the Corgi regulations. All systems can be integrated with the gas solenoid valves.
