Evaccess, (formerly Swallow Evacuation & Mobility Products), specialise in rental, sales, training and maintenance of evacuation chairs and powered stair climbers. Evaccess chairs enable the safe and dignified movement of people with reduced mobility, where lifts cease to function or gaining access up or down stairs is the only option. Products include CD7 Evac Trac, C Max, Super Trac, Super Trac TRE70, Power Trac. Stair Mate, Stair Max, FlexStep Platform Lift, Pool Lift, Stretcher Carrier and All Terrain Wheelchairs.

We underwent refresher training on our evac chairs from Evaccess in July 2020. This was a small group of key staff who would use the chairs in the event of an emergency. We felt that the training provided was professional, well considered, responsive to our questions and always Greg and Jack were able to clearly show all aspects of the equipment used. We gained additional knowledge and tips over the course of the training which will be invaluable going forward for us training our own staff. Greg and Jack were readily able to field all our questions and assist with the training. It was a pleasure to deal with the Evaccess staff whose knowledge and expertise are clear and precise.
