Terrible customer service. Terrible!!!! Would never use Evans again or recommend them. Read all the previous reviews, however NOT how it turned out. The product is ok but the service is awful. Delay after delay, NO communication to us , we had to constantly chase them for a fitting date. The don’t return calls with an update dispute promising to, just left us in the dark. Job is currently incomplete and we’ve no idea when our front door will be fitted because they haven’t bothered to tell us . Fitters left a mess and bodged repair where they accidentally drilled right through a wall. AVOID!
